Compensation
Base Salary of $65,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $130,000

Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at ArcHouse, you’ll be integral to driving revenue growth and expanding our client base with a focus on sourcing new leads utilizing various outbound strategies. You’ll work closely with the founding team, gaining unique insights into our product and business strategy, and as ArcHouse grows, you’ll have the opportunity to help build out and lead the sales team. This role is remote with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity if you are located in NYC. This role will also include travel to conferences 3-5 times per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new opportunities with hospices and post-acute care providers.
- Participate in / conduct product demos, clearly communicating the value and impact of ArcHouse’s solutions on business and patient care.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, with a focus on fostering lasting partnerships.
- Collaborate with the founding team to align on growth strategies as well as go-to-market related operations and systems
Your Traits/Qualifications
- Outgoing individual with a cheerful personality that enjoys collaboration and conversation
- Embraces and enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-pace startup environment that is prone to frequent change
- 2-4 years of sales experience preferably in SaaS with track record of meeting/exceeding targets (plus if it’s in healthcare)
- Strong communication (verbal & written) as well as relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM and outbound systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo).
- Tech-savvy with ability to not only learn new systems quickly but feel confident enough to make suggestions/improvements to processes as the team grows
- Willingness to travel for conferences 3-5 times per quarter
